Jaclyn Vouthouris
Leadership Transitions, Team Dynamics & Sustainable Growth
Get to know Jaclyn
Jaclyn Vouthouris brings a blend of venture experience, startup operations, and transformational leadership to the table. With an MBA from MIT and a background in early-stage VC in New York, she has helped launch and scale various startups. Her work at the intersection of systems-building and leadership development makes her a powerful partner to VCs navigating both the business and human sides of venture.
In addition to her time in the startup ecosystem, Jaclyn is steeped in Earth-based ritual and embodied leadership practices, equipping her to support the deeper, often invisible, transitions leaders face. Today, she focuses her work in three core areas:
Supporting investors and operators through identity-defining transitions—such as firm formation, partner realignments, succession, exits, or life pivots;
Facilitating conflict transformation and culture repair across GP or leadership teams;
Helping fund leaders design operational models that are not only sustainable but deeply aligned with their values and vision.
Jaclyn is especially attuned to the unseen dynamics that shape how firms are built, from power structures to cultural defaults. She partners with clients to architect firms that reflect the future of leadership and capital.
