Get to know Jay.
Jay is an executive coach and licensed counselor who works side-by-side with founders, cofounders, and executives as they take on the messy, rewarding, and often overwhelming work of building companies. Jay gets the startup grind—the highs and lows of fundraising wins, board tensions, and the nonstop challenges of hiring, managing, and scaling. Founding a company is one thing. Building one is another. 

For Jay, leadership begins within. It is the inner work of seeing yourself more clearly, untangling old patterns, understanding relational working dynamics, and learning to meet others with empathy and accountability. Jay walks alongside founders and executives through this inner terrain—cultivating the self-awareness, clarity, and relational wisdom that allows them to grow into the leaders their teams can trust and follow.

Jay brings over 15 years of experience supporting leaders as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of growth. When he's not coaching, Jay is often reading, fishing, or playing basketball with his kids.
