Marsha Prospere, PCC

Cultural Vision, Clarity & Leadership Presence

Get to know Marsha.
Marsha Prospere works with founders, executives, and creative leaders to build cultures of growth and clarity—without sacrificing the human. She’s especially powerful in moments of transition, helping clients realign with their voice, their values, and their vision for impact.

Marsha brings extensive experience in culture-building and leadership development, including leading the OneRED High-Impact Leadership Program at Rutgers. Her coaching style is thought-provoking, trusting, and grounded in real results.

When she’s not coaching, Marsha is adventuring—whether cycling, hiking, or swimming the North Sea.

What Clients Say

  • “I've stretched myself so much! Putting intentional work behind my ideas and visions for my business and for my future overall. [Marsha] shined a light on some of the ambitions I kept hidden away or was too scared to speak life into."
