Marsha brings extensive experience in culture-building and leadership development, including leading the OneRED High-Impact Leadership Program at Rutgers and teaching leadership for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative. Her coaching style is thought-provoking, trusting, and grounded in real results.

When she’s not coaching, Marsha is adventuring, traveling, and writing.
