Natalie works with co-founders and product executives on the critical internal and interpersonal skills required to effectively rally and lead teams.

This starts by looking inward to understand your own beliefs, values, habits, and motivations. You and Natalie then turn that inner work out and focus on how you can navigate the external world more effectively. In the context of co-founders, you do this work together in a container intended to strengthen the partnership.
