How It Works

  1. Book a consultation with the Heartwood Concierge

  2. The Heartwood Concierge will match you with an expert coach based on your goals, preferred coaching style, and needs

  3. Meet with the coach to determine fit; you can request an alternative match from the Heartwood Concierge, or you can start your coaching journey with your coach match

  4. Work with your coach to schedule your Resilience-sponsored sessions

  5. Once you have utilized your stipend, continue with your coach if you'd like - at your own pace, and on your own terms

Who is Heartwood?

Heartwood is a coordinated team of expert coaches who support founders like you through the real work of leadership: communicating with clarity, building team resilience, and leading hard conversations.
